What is it about?
We introduce a new method for estimating the leading edge location of an isolator shock train. This method uses real-time pressure measurements from a small number of transducers to adaptively learn the isolator pressure profile. The deduced profile is subsequently used to estimate the shock train leading edge location in a data-driven manner.
