Digital Marketing Manager
You will be joining Kudos at an exciting time - we are midway through the launch of a groundbreaking new service that is designed to help researchers take a more professional, evidence-based approach to maximizing the visibility of their work. You will be working at the cutting edge of research communications, educating the market and riding a rapidly building wave of increased funding and expectations around communications on the part of the organizations that fund research. You will be creating a market - accelerating our growth, and driving the conversion of a strong level of interest in and demand for the services we have developed.
You will be part of a small, relatively new team working to accelerate awareness and uptake of Kudos' services. You will be the team's 'point person' for our publisher service, undertaking both strategic (e.g. personas, competitive analysis) and tactical activities (e.g. creating information sheets, case studies, social media content). You will also be our events lead, organizing both internal and external events (i.e. our own symposia, as well as exhibitions that we attend).
You will report to / work closely with our Marketing Manager. The role is full time, based in our offices in Wheatley, Oxfordshire. Evening / weekend work and travel may occasionally be required.
Senior Product Owner
The Senior Product Owner is a full-time role and reports to the Chief Product Officer. It is a pivotal role, right at the intersection of users, the engineering team and the commercial team. As the Senior Project Owner, you will take ownership of existing and upcoming products including Kudos Pro. You will have the opportunity to shape the products and services we offer to a wide range of stakeholders, including researchers, research groups, publishers and universities. We are looking for someone with strong agile / scrum experience, excellent communication skills, and who demonstrates a clear, detailed, methodical approach. You will be able to motivate others and prioritise and balance multiple priorities.
