Academic Outreach Executive

You will be responsible for sales of Kudos Pro to universities, initially in the UK. You will use our CRM system to prioritize contacts and opportunities in your sales territory. You will explain how our product can maximize the reach and impact of research and demonstrate Kudos Pro to potential customers via online meetings. Occasionally, for large, more complex sales it will be necessary to visit customers on campus. However, the work will be mostly office-based. You will work closely with our Head of Sales and wider team to conduct outreach and close sales opportunities to meet quarterly sales targets. The role is based in Kudos' offices in Wheatley, Oxford.

Technical Lead

We're looking for a Technical Lead Software Engineer to lead one of our cross-functional delivery teams as we design and build new products and improve our existing ones. You need to have experience of leading a team of software engineers and be capable of making key technical decisions, taking into account both engineering and business requirements. You will work closely with the Product team and report to the CTO.

Sales Manager

You will be responsible for sales of our new dissemination management service for research groups, which provides tools and insights to help departments, schools, units of assessment and research groups use their resources and budgets most efficiently as they pursue accelerated research impact. You will work closely with our Head of Academic Outreach to build opportunities, with an initial focus on the UK, quickly expanding to global prospects. You will be responsible for developing and closing those opportunities to meet annual sales targets. The role is based in the main Kudos offices in Wheatley, Oxford, though some remote working will be considered for the right candidate; evening / weekend work and travel will be required.
