What is it about?
A programme has been launched to develop employability skills in vocational training students. The aim was to develop both digital competence and other soft skills: creativity, teamwork, problem solving, adaptability, leadership and decision making. Students improved in all of them. This confirms the positive impact of this programme.

Why is it important?
We observed that most of the students improved in both digital competency and in soft skills after completing the programme. In the case of digital competency, greater improvement was apparent in the areas of collaboration and communication and in digital content creation. Similar results were found for all competencies in the case of soft skills.
