Why is it important?
The International Experiences Survey (Alshahrani & Morley, 2015) was developed in the context of research investigating variations in the patterns of mobility among conventional expatriates (CEs) and self-initiated expatriates (SEs) working in lobal and foreign banks in Saudi Arabia. The International Experiences Survey was used to measure participants' work- and non-work related international experiences. Four items assess respondents' work-related experiences, including the total number of years of previous work-related international experience and the number of international organizations worked for. Seven items assess non-work related experiences, including the age at first international exposure and number of non-work related international travel experiences. No psychometric data regarding the development of the International Experiences Survey are reported in Alshahrani & Morley. (APA PsycTests Database Record (c) 2019 APA, all rights reserved)
