What is it about?
L-Histidine is an important amino acid present in biological proteins and used to synthesise variety of bioactive peptides. Modification of L-histidine required to developed proteolytically stable peptides. Here, we developed highly efficient strategy for regiospecific alkylation of L-histidine.
