What is it about?
This paper is about healthy nutritional habits and hydration that are fundamental components for sustaining life, health and well-being. Certain dietary patterns and lifestyles could help delay the ageing process and reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s disease. We explored any potential association between nutritional habits and cognitive performance later in life and identified research gaps for future studies on healthy ageing.

Why is it important?
