What is it about?
Neck circumference independently predicts COVID-19 mortality. Hospitalized COVID-19 patients with a "large-neck" phenotype showed a significantly increased risk of death at 30- (adjusted HR 2.50; 95% CI 1.18–5.29; p = 0.017) and 60-days (adjusted HR 2.26; 95% CI 1.14–4.46; p = 0.019).
