What is it about?
The paper proposes aeroelastic system identification with multi-output autoregressive models that concurrently account for multiple measured data (as strains measured in optical fibers or accelerations). The proposed modeling approaches are tested with wind-tunnel data. They provide smooth identification of the aeroelastic frequencies and damping values, which lead to accurate flutter onset identification.
