What is it about?

Treatment of human breast cancer by nanotechnology through loading decotaxiel on PLGA Nanoparticles and active the meghanism of targeting by grafting folic acid. The neoplastic effect and targeting efficiency was evalued through in-vitro MTT assay (IC50), molecular study and flowcytometric assay.

Why is it important?

Novel Nano-apporach in targeting breast cancer and improver its treatment line by enhance the intracellular accumulation of chemodrug, and minimize the side effects.

Perspectives

This reasearch will have a critical role for pushing the regenerative medicine field toward using nanotechnology in cancer treatment general, breast cancer particularly.
