Why is it important?

This study assessed the effect of leadership barriers on female managers in the hotel industry in the Sunyani Municipality of Ghana.

Perspectives

Only hotels in the Sunyani Metropolis were of interest to us. In order to compare our findings with those from the other region in Ghana, we would like to look into further, hotels in the entire Bono Region. We presume that it would be beneficial to compare different countries and areas.
