Why is it important?

Water is terribly necessary for manifold uses in the Alpine regions, and climate change is changing water availability and distribution in time. Monitoring of water avaialability and modeling the effects of climate and climate change therein is utmost important.

Perspectives

People interested in the topic may use the proposed, data driven methodology to investigate water resources for the purpose of managament under multi-users perspective, for drinking, hydropower, irrigation.
