What is it about?
Laurin–Sandrow syndrome is an extremely rare condition with under 20 cases reported worldwide, which is usually diagnosed at birth. We report the case of an adult patient.

Why is it important?
The characteristics displayed by our patient challenge the classification system for mirror hand-multiple hand spectrum proposed by Al-Qattan in 1998.
