Why is it important?

Organizations must continuously adapt by implementing changes because the business environment is growing more and more volatile. Managers have the daunting responsibility of ensuring that the employees accept these changes, as these constant changes can have a negative effect towards the employees. As a result, this paper explores how managers can apply the Nudge Theory to ensure a successful change outcome that will lead to the growth of the organization.

Perspectives

Undertaking this research and immersing myself with the interviewees was such an eye-opening experience as I was able to venture into the various attitudes and perspectives they had when it came to organizational changes. The insights I gathered from this research was something that I was able to apply within my own organization that lead to a positive outcome when I managed a change initiative.
