This research is important because trucking industries in Indonesia held ninety percent of transportation market share. Therefore, more research in this sector should be done and it also can give a guidance for helping top managemet on which resilience factor that the should be emphasized to enhance company resilience and performance.
Perspectives
This publication is interesting as it capture the differences between different company size and suggest some recommendation on the resilience factor that should be focused more for enhancing company performance.
