What is it about?

The objective of this study was to analyze the factors associated with the intention of Indonesian nursing students to work in rural areas. This study found that almost 60% of nursing students were reluctant to work in rural areas. Factors affecting the intention were class program and place of origins. It can be concluded that the education program and place of origin influence the intention of nursing students to work in rural areas.
