It is an effort to deepen the understanding about the organic food market in Brazil which is still weak known, by analyzing common vaiables related to organic food consumption worldwide to understand if and what is important to Brazilians when buying organic food.
Perspectives

This paper is related to a specific project aiming to revel organic food market characteristics in Brazil. Even though there are many studies about organic food consumption in many countries, in Brazil they really rare. Here we were able to understand a little more about this market in Brazil.
