What is it about?
This study presents a longitudinal analysis of visitor patterns on the Mandela Portal website from 2009 to 2016. The research adopts a web analytics approach, employing a four-step methodology which utilizes data gathered through the Google Analytics tool. The findings of this article examine both global trends and specific patterns within the top ten African countries in terms of visitor traffic. Additionally, a detailed exploration is conducted on statistics derived from the five leading African nations: South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, Tanzania, and Ghana.
