What is it about?
The paper describes the methodology for using BIM technologies in the design of a passenger car service station. An example of a developed station layout using the 3Ds Max software package is shown. The results of its development aimed at improving the conditions of stay of clients. The main stages of designing a car service station are described. The work provides statistical information obtained after conducting a survey of customers with the degree of satisfaction with their stay at the station.

Why is it important?
The presented approach to the design of service stations allows for the most accurate and complete use of all available space to ensure the profitability of the enterprise.
Perspectives

The use of 3D visualization makes it possible to increase the interest of potential customers in visiting service stations and dealerships, which in turn will lead to an increase in car sales and the number of repeat customer requests for vehicle maintenance and repair.
