What is it about?

The publication describes how the molecules move in liquids. It turns out that molecules are partitioned into sub molecular units, named beads and move through all possible displacements of the beads (conformations). The beads coordinate his rearrangement in cooperative clusters.

Why is it important?

We finding equations for measuring the partitioning of the molecule into beads and for the the size of the cooperative cluster, new knowledge about the molecular motion of liquids.

Perspectives

We live in a time when materials engineers are constructing new materials for various applications,. In many cases, materials engineers rely on empirical knowledge. Understanding the details of molecular motion in the formation of crystals or glasses can assist materials engineers in constructing new functional materials based on scientific principles.
