Search for dynamin homologue in a unicellular eukaryote

What is it about?

3 oligonucleotides probes were designed (according to Paramecium codon usage) to specific consensus GTP-binding motifs. The probes were used for Southern blot hybridization of genomic DNA and PCR/RT-PCR.
