What is it about?
Self-monitoring (e.g., with a pedometer) and planning (how, when and where) can be helpful strategies to help older adults to increase their physical activity. But, there is also research that shows that these strategies might be very demanding for older adults because they require a lot of cognitive effort at the beginning.
