What is it about?
The Bristol Decolonising Network is a collective of teachers working to address the racial disparities in education outcomes, which in Bristol are among the worst in the country. This article is an account of teacher-led initiatives to empower student voice, research subject knowledge beyond racist biases, mobilise Black teachers' racial literacy and collaborate beyond hierarchical and institutional boundaries.
