What is it about?
SARS CoV-2 is a pandemic viral disease, and the Delta and Omicron are two VOCs. Several different vaccines were developed for the prevention and eradication of the disease, but Pfizer and AZ are not highly effective against the virus even with double doses .

Why is it important?
The output of my research tells us that even two doses are not effective to eradicate or to stop the spread of the viral pandemic, but minimizes the signs and symptoms and the severity of the disease.
Perspectives
Writing this article was a great pleasure as it has co-authors with whom I have had long standing collaborations. This article also lead to educate all the people worldwide to be aware of SARS CoV-2 and the genetic changes happening to the virus from the first outbreak and up to now.
