What is it about?
- An X-ray computed nano-tomography (nano-CT) system has been established at the BL33XU beamline of SPring-8. - It is also important to understand the accumulation and transport of water in the nanoscale pores of MPLs to reveal the mechanism by which MPLs suppress flooding.

Why is it important?
Fuel cells must manage the water produced by power generation.
Perspectives

The results will lead to the development of higher-performance fuel cells.
