What is it about?

This paper engages with the philosophy of Gilles Deleuze to challenge static concepts of organisation and explore how the virtual nature of reality makes organisations change and tremble. In other words, change is not opposed to organisation, but part and parcel of it.

Why is it important?

The virtual nature of reality yields an openness which encourages us to craft organisations that transgress and subvert the dominant social, political and economic order.

Perspectives

This is particularly important at a time which is in acute need of alternatives to the current backlash of nationalist separatism, religious fundamentalism, political totalitarianism and capitalist greed.
