Why is it important?

The educators can use critical thinking skills to diagnose students learning difficulties or to respond to changing conditions in learning, whereas collaboration skills to design the lesson plan together with a colleague. The educators can use critical thinking and collaboration skills to evaluate the learning process undertaken and to improve the next learning process.

Perspectives

The feeling of need possessed by prospective biology teachers to develop critical thinking and collaboration skills can increase their motivation in developing those skills.
