What is it about?

Diets were formulated from dehulled Bambara groundnut or dehulled African yam bean and sorghum. crayfish was added to supplement the diets. These diets were subjected to nutritional evaluation studies using experimental animals. Casein was used as the control diet. The Bambara groundnut-sorghum diet supplemented with crayfish was the best in promoting the liver health of experimental animals
