What is it about?
Plasma Co-Flow Jet (PCFJ) flow control technique is proposed and studied in this research. A NACA0025 co-flow jet (CFJ) airfoil model was designed and manufactured, the plasma actuators are arranged in the duct connecting the leading- and trailing-edge slots formed by the inner and outer airfoils. When the plasma actuation is turned on, it can produce the effects of leading-edge injection, trailing-edge suction, and local flow acceleration and momentum injection, which has a significant effect on delaying flow separation.
