A historical overview of knowledge management is addressed at the beginning to provide the reader with an initial understanding of the concept. Then, knowledge sharing enablers as well as knowledge sharing capability concepts are reviewed. Also, the links among knowledge sharing enablers, knowledge sharing capability, and firm performance are discussed through theoretical and empirical studies.
