Why is it important?
Many young people around the world are suffering with anxiety this intervention offers an early opportunity to help these young people without the need for medical intervention or medication.
Perspectives
We need interventions which use embodied approaches to help young people earlier in their experiences of anxiety, this study suggests that equine assisted interventions warrant further investigation.
