What is it about?
Argumentation analysis helped interpret and analyse pictures that interviewee took during their interview process, even in a non Western setting. This is a case study set in Mozambique where interviewees had to explain the role of Information and Communication Technology centers in their mostly rural towns.

Most research on argumentation is done in Western settings. Also, the field that studies how information and communication technologies are used in developing countries lacks solid theoretical and methodological qualitative framework of analysis.
