What is it about?
We have reviewed 20 guidelines, including 11 clinical practice guidelines to determine what recommendations they all agree on and which there is less agreement on to guide practice in the management of venous leg ulceration. There is a critical need to gain consensus guided by further research to understand at what ABPI compression therapy can be safely applied following comprehensive patient assessment
