What is it about?

The article looks at the increasing differences in abortion policy across the United Kingdom and the contemporary debates around abortion in the devolved sub-state legislatures. It demonstrates that these debates have rarely been politicised, but when they have they have usually been framed by politicians as a constitutional matter, rather than considered in terms of women’s rights.
