What is it about?
Attitudes toward organizational changes may greatly impact the implementation processes and the outcomes of organizational changes in public organizations. Thus, investigating public middle managers attitudes toward change is of great interest when it comes to explain organizational changes successes or failures.

Why is it important?
The findings show that perceived social support (work relationships with colleagues and supervisors) as well as perceived organizational support (employee voice and participation, information and communication, work–life balance) are positively and significantly related to positive attitudes toward change. Stress perception is shown to have a negative impact on positive attitude toward change.
