What is it about?
Modern-Type Depression (MTD) in Japan was introduced, and we discussed an issue that persons with MTD tend to be diagnosed as an “Adjustment” Disorder in Japan. We speculate that MTD may result from the intersection of collectivistic society encountering an Individualistic Performance-Based System in Japan.
