What is it about?
With AI and robots becoming more prevalent in everyday life, it's becoming increasingly important to prepare the next generation to coexist with these technologies safely and ethically. This paper proposes a child-robot theater afterschool program to introduce the topic of robot and AI ethics, facilitate discussions on complex ethical topics related to robots and AI, as well as increase general awareness of robot and AI ethics among children.

Why is it important?
There is currently limited research and educational initiatives focused on educating the next generation on robot and AI ethics. By developing a child-robot theater afterschool program, this work fills a significant gap in education, providing a structured and engaging platform for discussing complex ethical topics with young learners. Unlike conventional methods, this approach encourages active participation, critical thinking, and engagement with ethical scenarios involving robots and AI.
