What is it about?

Introducing and testing a Virtual Reality system that allows users to take control of their fear of height in a relaxing and immersive experience. Users are in a glass elevator and can pace their experience, deciding when they want to move to the next level. Users can also see their own breathing pattern within the experience for feedback on their anxiety. Preliminary results show that the experience is successful in delivering the aimed effect of increased arousal by height.
