What is it about?
Virtual heritage environment can be used as a medium to showcase 3D models of heritage building. However, users learn little about the building and also about the culture associated with the building if they just walk around the building. We survey users opinion on what are the factors that make learning feasible in virtual heritage environment.

Why is it important?
Besides how the heritage building looks, information need to be included but how can we present the information in such as way that will facilitate learning? Are there any other factors that contribute to learning in virtual heritage environment? We observe four (4) important factors that could facilitate learning in virtual heritage environment: Information Design, Information Presentation, Navigation Mechanism and Environment Setting.
