What is it about?

Frontline staff are central to group home work, and yet, we know very little about how they experience their work. In this study we set out to explore their experiences on the frontline. We found that staff believe they are valuable contributors, but also feel powerless in practice. The findings suggest that we need to take staffs' experiences into account and listen more closely, so that we can better support them to provide good support to residents.
