Revising the interrelationship matrix of house of quality by the Kano model

What is it about?

This study supports the non-linear weights in the literature suggested for the interrelationship matrix of house of quality (HoQ). While there is no available scientific justification for the suggested weights in literature, this paper provides a scientific approach based on the Kano model.
