What is it about?
Faced with increasing regulation on where they source their raw materials from, many firms are investigating blockchain to prove compliance. We demonstrate how blockchain can be used to trace tin, a conflict mineral, throughout a supply network, highlighting the reliability of the traceability and the limitations of the difficulty of capturing more contextual data on environmental and human rights around the mine and the potential difficulty of scaling the system.
