Lebanese, especially females, those on a specific diet, with the lowest household income and suffering from hypertension disease are highly exposed to nutrition and health claims on pre-packed bread. These results indicate that careful regulations are needed to control strictly their use. Community based education programs are also needed to encourage consumers to smartly use and judge food labels during shopping.
