What is it about?
This study dives into the world of school principals working in special education to understand their feelings of frustration. We asked two main questions: What makes these principals frustrated? And how do they show their frustration? Our findings revealed four key themes: feeling helpless about the children, feeling helpless about school bureaucracy, getting frustrated in conflicts, and feeling alone. This study sheds light on the emotional experiences of special education principals, offering insights that can help them and others in the field.
