What is it about?

Informal sellers could achieve great benefits from selling in formal markets. Current solutions that have defined the problem as teaching informal sellers a new game with different rules have failed. Alternatively, we suggest that informal sellers face a inconmensurable gap and that a new actor is needed to help them access formal markets.
