Barriers to the adoption of digital servitization: a case of the Sri Lankan manufacturing sector

Recently, a compelling interplay between digitalization and servitization towards a performance improvement in manufacturing organizations has been recognized as digital servitization. We identify and evaluate barriers to implementing digital servitization practices in the manufacturing sector using the case of the Sri Lankan manufacturing sector.
