What is it about?
Workplace bullying, particularly in developing countries like Pakistan, disproportionately impacts women, discouraging their entry into the male-dominated workforce and worsening gender inequality. Our mixed-method study reveals that cultural factors and weak institutional support contribute to heightened workplace bullying, negatively influencing women's job satisfaction and productivity.
