What is it about?

Teams often fail and cannot satisfy their management’s expectations due to unfairness issues and conflicts among team members. To create a fair team environment and to improve the management of teams, we analyze unfairness and conflict issues in teams and increase our understanding about them. Our findings show that employees can apply a cooperative conflict management to break up the vicious cycle of unfairness and conflict in teams.
