What is it about?

Teachers' attitudes towards the inclusion of minority teachers was examined. Religiosity was by far the most important predictor of Jewish teachers' attitudes toward the inclusion of Arab teachers. The more religious the teachers were the less they supported the inclusion of Arab teachers.

Why is it important?

This finding begs tge question if religiosity has become a key factor in Jewish Israelis� attitudes toward minorities. we call for research that will examine other aspects of this phenomenon.
