In emerging markets organised retailing of food products is growing at very fast pace. Any organised food retailer or unorganised retailer planning to start or scale up their business need to know their potential customers. Any food retail industry having interest in India will find this study important.

Perspectives

An useful article to understand consumers' behaviour of raw food products. In countries like India it is very important to understand that consumers differ in their purchase behavior of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food products respectively.
