What is it about?
In this cross-sectional analysis of 150 recipes from children’s TV cooking shows, a majority of recipes were high in fat, saturated fatty acids and protein. Significant proportions failed to meet the minimum recommendations for carbohydrate, fibre and fruit and vegetables content.
